AmpUp imports meetings from the last 90 days during initial sync. New meetings sync automatically after Fathom processes them.
Connect Fathom
Unlike OAuth-based integrations, Fathom uses API key authentication for a simpler setup process.Generate API Key in Fathom
Log into your Fathom account and navigate to Settings → Integrations → API Access.Click Generate New API Key and copy the key.
Enter Provider Credentials
Click Connect Fathom. AmpUp will prompt you to enter the API Key you generated from Fathom. AmpUp securely stores this credential and uses it to access your Fathom data.Configure your integration preferences:

- Historical Data Backfill Period: Choose how far back to import (default: 30 days recommended)
- Data syncs automatically every 10 minutes after initial setup

- Required fields: Meetings, transcripts, summaries, action items, recording URLs, CRM matches
- Optional fields: Created date, scheduled times, title

Team Filtering
Control which teams’ meetings are imported:- Go to Settings → Integrations → Fathom → Teams
- Toggle teams on/off to include or exclude their meetings
- Changes apply to new meetings going forward

- Check that the team/user is included in your sync settings

- Check that the API key hasn’t been revoked in Fathom settings

Large meeting libraries take time to process. AmpUp imports meetings chronologically, starting with the most recent.
Disconnect Fathom
To disconnect the integration:- Go to Settings → Integrations → Fathom
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm the disconnection
- Go to Settings → Integrations → API Access in Fathom
- Find the API key and click Revoke
