  • A few minutes to complete the OAuth authorization flow

Once your tools are connected:
  1. Historical Import: We’ll import your recent call recordings (typically last 90 days)
  2. Real-time Sync: New calls and CRM updates sync automatically
  3. AI Analysis: Our agents begin analyzing your conversations within hours
  4. Coaching Starts: Reps receive personalized coaching via phone, email, or in-app
