Before you begin, make sure you have:- An AmpUp account (contact sales@ampup.ai if you need one)
- Admin access to the tools you want to connect
- A few minutes to complete the OAuth authorization flow
Recommended Setup Order
For the best experience, we recommend connecting your tools in this order:Connect Your CRM First
Connect Salesforce or HubSpot to establish your accounts, contacts, and opportunities in AmpUp.
Connect Conversation Intelligence
Connect Gong, Clari Copilot, Fathom, or Fireflies to import your call recordings for AI analysis.
Connect Meeting Platform (Optional)
Connect Zoom if you want to capture additional meeting context.

What Happens After Connection
Once your tools are connected:- Historical Import: We’ll import your recent call recordings (typically last 90 days)
- Real-time Sync: New calls and CRM updates sync automatically
- AI Analysis: Our agents begin analyzing your conversations within hours
- Coaching Starts: Reps receive personalized coaching via phone, email, or in-app

AmpUp is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties.
